    • One-day seminar that meets the requirements of the California Earthquake Authority and Department of Insurance regulations for evaluating earthquake damage.

  • Green Risks I
    • Attendees will be able to interpret fundamental Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) criteria and standards; be able to define and identify mainstream green construction and products, Energy Star and Zero Energy homes, and review insurance policy coverage for unique green risks issues.
  • Green Risks II
    • In this second green class, students will build upon the material learned in Green Risks I by studying additional green construction components and systems common to sustainable buildings. In addition, other topics such as deconstruction and commissioning will be examined.

    • 1.5 hour webinar covering the “bare minimum” to writing estimates with Xactimate™ 25 
  • Intermediate Xactimate 25
    • 1 hour webinar covering The most mis-understood and mis-used aspects in Xactimate, the use of Variables and Sub-Variables. If you don’t see an obvious difference between 2W and W2, then this class is for you. Proper use and understanding of variables, allows the use of Macros and Templates—which greatly speeds up the estimating process.
  • Sketch for Dimensioning Xactimate 25
    • 2 hour webinar teaches the user how to sketch a house, and then write the line items in “Estimate Items"
  • Roofing in Xactimate 25
    • 1.5 hour webinar is a great class for all, but particularly beneficial to Catastrophe Adjusters, Independent Adjusters and Contractors. Class assumes you know the products and construction of the roof.
  • Advanced Xactimate 25
    • 1.5 hour webinar transforms the intermediate user to an advanced user. Students should be proficient with Line Item entry and the use of Variables. Focuses on time saving techniques as well as eliminating much of the mundane aspects of estimating.
