Why does Vale have a Sponsorship requirement?

Most states have a Proprietary or Trade School Act that defines the
type of institutions that can offer post-secondary training and education.

Vale National is regulated as a private training organization.
Private training organizations must enroll only sponsored students.

The sponsorship requirement forbids accepting tuition payment from individual students. A sponsorship letter is necessary, if Vale is audited by regulators, to prove conformity with the specified Act.
This Registration Form, when fully completed, will act as a
sponsorship letter.
