Travel Information
Students should plan to arrive at their lodging choice after 3:00 PM on the day before class begins. Return arrangements should be made for 1:00 PM or later on the last day of class, unless attending the Tractor-Trailer class, then plan departure after 2:00 PM. Seminars and one-day classes may have different dismissal times, which will be stated in the confirmation email.
Vale Attendees should plan their flight arrivals at the following airport:
Vale East - Harrisburg International Airport
Vale Central- Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport
Vale West- Fresno Yosemite International Airport
Vale has arranged single occupancy lodging at leading hotels conveniently located near each Vale campus. This rate includes tax, complimentary transportation, and many other amenities commonly offered to business travelers.
You must make your lodging arrangements through Vale in order to get these special rates. Rooms are reserved beginning on the Sunday before the Monday class start dates.
