Xactimate™ 25 Hands-On

 

Who Should Attend

This three-day class on Xactimate's version 25 estimating platform is taught by Xactimate trainers. It is designed for experienced property adjusters, examiners and restoration contractors who need to learn Xactimate.

Prerequisite

None.

Course Content

Attendees follow a syllabus that includes Administrative data, Report Preparation, Building Valuation; sketch tools and wizards for plumbing, HVAC, insulration, annotations and assignments.

Using the "Vale House," attendees practice scoping real damages that are then applied to Xactimate 25.

The continuity between scoping real damages and estimate production ensures learning the skills necessary to have high confidence in using Xactimate 25.

Syllabus

Objective: Be able to produce estimates that demonstrate the fuctionality of Xactimate 25 to effectively construct thorough and accurate residential damage estimates.
